By the way, Cruz is proof of what I've been saying for a long time. The tea party has nothing to do with libertarians. On the contrary, it's just all the worst tendencies of the extreme right-wing rolled together. Mostly based on irrational fear, superstition, and sentimentality for good ole days that never were.

I just read a column in WaPo about Cruz "crossing the line" for "making unsubstantiated allegations" on the Senate floor. I guarandamntee you that wasn't written when Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid did just that against Romney.
You never see the media scrambling for Democrats to distance themselves from any leftist bomb throwers like Grayson or Lee. Nor are they cited as "writ large" of the modern left.
Democrats don't get challenged from within for bucking protocol or tradition to get something done.
It's a shame it'll backfire on Cruz thanks to his own pussified party and an all too powerful leftist media machine, because you're right. This definitely a taste of their own tactics. I'll now enjoy watching them bristle.

Cruz and the republicans are taking advantage of this filibuster to try to get more answers on Benghazi and want to see the financial records Hagel refuses to provide. What is so god damn difficult to understand about this?
Besides the man just looked completely incompetent during his confirmation hearing
Your ranting about those damn GOP'ers and their filibusters is so hypocritical. It is a tool used by whatever party is in the minority and can just look how the democrats acted under Bush.
