I upgraded to level 39 this morning. I have to figure out a new defense design though. I've just been loading up on crap and placing it wherever I have room without any thought to enemy attacks.

I dropped 50 a few weeks ago to finish some upgrades and pay for others. Decided it wasn't worth it and now just will do what I did before and wait it out

Well you reach a point where people that are 5-10 levels higher than you are attacking and no matter how solid the base is, you just aren't winning. Once I got the 450 gem bonus at 1250 trophies, I went to the all goblin attack and just go for resources.

Well they do the pairings based on trophy count not level so it can hurt. I mean I'm in process of dropping to 1500 trophies to find easier bases to attack and I only go for ones with 150k elixir and gold.

Well anyone can join the clan so probably just people looking to join. When a few more people can get at least level 4 archers I would come back. The level 3 and under get killed in 1 shot against level 8 cannons.
He got real mad when he saw me in there.
