I guess I'm in the minority in thinking the 3d look is kind of lame. It looks like something you'd see in the 90s.

I agree I think it would look better minus the drop shadow.

awesome.for some reason i was under the impression it started in mid april, but saw the friendlies were going on and knew they didn't have 2 month preseason camps. i'm looking forward to watching a lot of matches this year. we have a decent amount of good mls fans here, seems like the cool thing to do.
have you or beast found out what team you'll be covering?

I was just looking at SKC's preseason games an I've noticed that 20 year old Soony Saad has scored at least 3 goals in the preseason. Does anyone know if this guy might have a future with the USMNT?

I don't know much about him at all. Apparently he was good, played on England U-21, but is coming off some knee surgeries

ETA: I find it funny that they're clearly asian and have their own language on the billboard underneath them... yet spell Victory in english.

Look up his high school highlights. He was sick nasty. Voted gatorade player of the year for the US and scored like 70+ goals. He then led the NCAA in scoring his freshman year at Michigan.
ETA: Apparently he recently got Lebanese citizenship so who knows where his heart lies. He probably has potential but who knows. I would have expected him to break out by now, but maybe this year is his year.
