Any team dealing for Harvin will have to pony up for an extension, likely more than $10 million per season. Considering his baggage, an NFL personnel man estimated that Harvin would fetch just a second- or third-round pick in return.
So we're $20mil over the cap with the worst defense in history. We have perhaps the best all purpose back in the business in Sproles. Can anyone have any shred of reason why or how Harvin could make sense?

Let him even TRY to blow up on Payton. This team wouldn't settle for it and you better believe he'd have to get through Brees first.
