But still, as a parent I have no reason to be out at 1:45 in the am with 3 kids unless I'm chauffering them home from PROM, HOMECOMING, or an LSU game. Call me old fashioned but nothing good comes after about 10 or 11 pm.
Prayers for all involved ... pretty sure they're classmates of my much younger cousin.

No they do NOT deserve by any means to get shot but they also had no business out. Curfew is 11 or 12 on weekends for those under 17 (not sure of age of driver)

At that age I had my DL and still couldn't be out that late unless an adult was present or special circumstances. My curfew was 10 at that age.
