I read an article from the Arizona paper yesterday and he said he didn't know when his mom would be home but he was waiting until then to sign. He said it was 100% UCLA. Either way the whole thing is weird.

did you notice the question mark at the end of my post. ??? I asked the question cause from what i have read the guy is all UCLA, LSU's class is full and coaches are moving on to 2014, So is there some reason for Willis to still be in play, or why should I care about a UCLA recruit on an LSU recruiting board? simple question, your answer is?

No.
So, he's still available. You say coaches say they are done. "Coaches" said as recently as a few days ago there would be no staff changes.
Bower was committed to Auburn as late as Wednesday morning. Also Wednesday morning, he signed an LOI and faxed it to LSU.
So we care.
