I look at it this way, we know that if Ryan doesn't do at least a decent job, Payton has no problem showing people the door.

He cuts it every so often and donates it to "Locks of Love" a charity that makes wigs for children with cancer that are going through chemotherapy. Members of his family have had bouts with cancer.

Rob Ryan is under the gun now. If he gets canned from this DC job, he'll be poison for another DC position or higher. He does not wish to fall back to being a position coach. As such, we will get his very, very best effort.
My only hope is that he doesn't go too easy on his son, Matt Ryan.
