Dont know names, just know that it was obvious he had seen better days.
They also couldnt weld and pin my DD upper, was pretty disappointed by that. Which reminds me, gotta tell some of the guys that are using them in the AR thread to consider that.

I have 500 rounds of .223 from cabelas arriving today, 1080 rounds of 5.45 from AIM arriving today, and 1200 rounds of .223 from Cabelas shipped today.

I gave in and bought 2 boxes....
I'm later to the game than most on stocking up on ammo so that 100-120 bucks is honestly worth it for my piece of mind.
Now I'll cool back to only buying .40/round

Me too for the most part, but I have buyers lined up so as long as I can make $100 on an order then I'll buy it.
I ordered 1000rds of 9mm from them at 29 cpr shipped. That's for me and should be enough to hold me over until things settle down
ETA: I'm almost done flipping ammo/mags anyway. About another $500 profit and I'll have made enough to cover the cost of my AR and accessories. That was my goal when I started doing this.

Yea, I would get that stuff and hold on to it for a cloudy day. I have several hundred rounds of Hornady that I may hunt with, but other than that, its going in ammo cans and in the back of the closet for the time being.

For anyone that had orders for ammo from The Sportsmans Guid that had a mid Feb expected ship date when you placed the order a month ago....expect a letter in the mail within the next couple ofndays. Basically saying that ecause of high demand the back order is not expected to be filled until mid June now.
Just got my letter in the mail today.
