That's because majority of white people had to get to work. Not a flame, but check out the unemployment rates among said races. The blacks and hispanics have more time on their hands, thanks to this 4 year "recovery".

Perhaps more Black and Hispanics waited in line longer because they were getting off Democrat Buses? 
Perhaps their were higher turnouts for these people?

May it perhaps be due to not reading the amendments or propositions and the like prior to going into the booth? I don't know, but if this took place in heavily Democrat urban areas, it would make sense that those at the polling center were probably more local and tended to be Democrat as well. Maybe it's more of an indication of a reading comprehension or execution problem that affects Democrats more so then a more conservative and educated base.

Its probably because blacks and hispanics organized their polling places. I waited forever in line this morning at a fricking burger king for two sandwiches and a coke and they do that every morning...the same fricking food, how hard can it be.

But, seriously, does Florida not have early voting ? I never have to wait more than 20 minutes in Houston and that's only when there is a large ballot.

I'm guessing it's because many have the same habits they have in the grocery line, the ATM, etc...
Natives are the same way. They call it Indian time. They are never in a hurry to do anything.
