When you have all that cream, and cheese, and crawfish meat and seasonings on top of it, I doubt anyone would question your crust.
And, as always, post pics. 
I'm sure it will be gorgeous grub.

I stopped at the Asian market to get some gloves for my wife. While I was there I picked up a whole pompani that ill grill or vake tomorrow.
Owner pointed me in the direction if making some decent Pho. So I had that and the kids had shrimp and noodles by special request while Mrs. CHEDBALLZ is working nights.
