In all seriousness....this is exactly what Obama wanted. He wanted more people to lose their insurance and put such a heavy burden on the insurance companies that the only REAL answer is government health care. Anybody that disagrees with that is not being honest with themselves.
Bingo Now the new boogie man is the big bad business who dropped coverage. Now run into the big comfortable arms of the gov. This was always his plan. Make it unaffordable for business to keep it this way and therefore force them into dropping. This allows more victims to fall into the gov plan. He will then blame the big bad businesses as profit seeking devils who want your kids to die. SO RUN TO UNCLE SAM FOR YOUR COVERAGE! Enjoy.

I said from the beginning about Obama care.....why change a system that serves 85-90% of Americans now. The issue was 30 million uninsured which is about 10% of Americans. They could have easily tinkered with the system to include those individuals. Their idea is similar to a company that has 85-90% close rate on sales changing their sales philosophy......would never happen. No, his plan was to takeover healthcare from the beginning.

Yep, I posted my thoughts above when obamacare was proposed. It was very clear on what he wanted. He couldn't come out and say it in public, so he got a bill that would force people to the gov while making businesses the villain. This is the POTUS MO. This is what Obama does, he makes people believe that they are entitled to everything. He gives them a bad guy (business/rich) and offers them the gov arms to save them. He convinced these idiots that they should have everything the rich have. The rich he calls "lucky". He has people actually believing that everyone who isn't rich is just unlucky. There were plenty of examples around the world about how shitty single payer gov insurance is, but of course that is ignored. Forward. A community organizer now is in charge of giving away money. He is in hog heaven.

The US electorate will learn the lesson best by learning it the hard way. Unbridled FedGov power over the Individual's body, private property and liberty (or lack thereof). Once FedGov begins to exercise complete control of such things, the US electorate will begin to learn the lesson the hard way. Perhaps then, We the People will realize that we should have kept FedGov within the original firewalls of the Constitution. Does a people and a culture that so carelessly and irresponsibly fails to protect its individual liberty deserve to be free? Sure. I'd say that everybody DESERVES to be free. The question is "Will such people always enjoy freedom?" Answer is, probably not.

Same thing I said. Plus, it will provide another excuse to raise taxes on those who work, not to mention the EVIL RICH. Even as we speak they're trying to figure out how to delve into retirement accounts.

Yep. They are running out of money and are looking everywhere to steal it. I can hear it now. Those people who lived within their means and saved and did the right thing are going to continue to get screwed. "They can afford to give a little more" It isn't fair that some stop working while others have to work. Do those people are retirement soaking it up in the sun on the beach deserve to do this while others are struggling? Hell NO. TAX TAX TAX

When someone figures out how to get the money, people will take to the streets. Personal savings are the last bastion of taking care of yourself. The money was already taxed (multiple times in most cases) and yet they want more. Saving, investing and planning for the future even after taking care of your responsibilities to the gov't is the next target. This is all part of the plan to make the common person depend on the government to live their everyday life. That brings the ultimate control. *fixed spelling error*

he did say it publicly I believe at a union speech. There is video of him saying he believes in single payer but this bill does not do that but it could lead to down the road. Not the exact quote but paraphrased.

Healthcare is just the foot in the door. Central Planned Economy...social justice...Authoritarian version, on the way. A lot of us have known this for a while...a lot of dupes (Moderates ) pushed him over the electoral top. But now, as the policies began to hurt...they'll turn. And like me, will be doubly-pissed for being 'chumped' by one smooth LIAR. Live and learn. Forward.

Right. Obamacare is designed to turn to the government for health care. You are taxed more for having health insurance. And you are taxed for not having health insurance. Either way, it's more taxes for you in order to make private health insurance less and less affordable. Thus your only option to avoid paying the tax on not having insurance will be the good ole US Government provided health insurance. I better not hear any moron Obama supporter complain about anything.

I wrote a letter to my local paper apologizing, and stating my points. Been writing ever since. Tryin to repent. I'm payin big time in the pocket book. I sell art. Bought any lately? Should be selling guns I reckon.
