Have the semi's and finals be 2 weeks each. Make the last week of the season one week wild card. 3v6 5v4.

Reading the lineup lock argument reminded me of my benching of relief pitchers in the championship and replacing them with injured players to protect my stats...I recall you crying "bush!"

means that one shite start might not kill your pitching stats in playoffs

We could make every playoff matchup two weeks, and only shorten the season by two weeks. 18 matchups instead of 20.
That might be an even better option.

In another league I shortened the season and made the playoffs two weeks. I actually wish I'd thought of doing that before. Originally, only the finals was two weeks.
