Obama missed the deadline because...
-of uncertainty caused by fiscal cliff negotiations
-he was busy he had his inaugaration
-he was busy the super bowl was too long
-the mechanics of putting together an annual budget are too antiquated to put the numbers together blah blah blah and you don't know what the laws are so how can he put a budget together and then print it!
-why bother not even the dems will vote for it-
they actually said these things

Under Reagan life was so much better economically and on foreign policy. Obama is a failure get over it.

Why this doesn't bother everyone, democrats and republicans and independents (I would like to like to label them as Americans but everyone wants to be on a team), is beyond words. This leader has not allowed a federally legislated budget to be enacted and all of the population allows this to continue. If there is no budget, then he can do whatever whenever and legally state that its ok. No federal budget gives permission to mischief.
