Why can't they send these drones into Messy-co and South American to kill e-ville drug lords?

Have you read how much we've militarized the drug war? We have Marine detachments and combat patrols all through Central and South America, and we're selling ridiculous amounts of arms to the same corrupt governments who are in cahoots with the drug cartels.

The way we have gutted the Fourth Amendment is a pet issue of mine, but this is completely outrageous. Courts have "no role" in the matter?! Really? Sorry about that pesky due process.

The age of FEAR is in full swing.

Keep believing in a two party system.

There is only one system and its a banking system.

Very true. PA came from Bush and the Rs...it was the main reason I voted for Obama in 2008. He said he would repeal it. Not only did that not happen, he made it stronger and is now killing Americans without any due process based on "intel".

Government is a necessary evil...but it is necessarily evil.

No matter who they are, no one wants to give up power. In fact, everyone who gets in power wants to increase their power. Such is the human condition.

I despise the Obama Administration's policy on the drones. It's morally reprehensible. But let's not pretend the GOP opposes it. Romney endorsed the drone policy in his campaign, which prevented me from voting for him.

And the biggest architect of the gutting of the Fourth Amendment has been Justice Scalia, who has been consistently hostile to the Fourth and slowly eroded its protections over the past 30 years.

Obama is worthy of blame, but this is a bipartisan killing.

I agree both are to blame which is why I said Obama was doubling down on Bush's policies...

That is their token law suit, if this happened prior to 2009, there would have been more than there were about waterboarding of which there were hundreds at the state and federal level.
