They're good guns. For that price, there's a lot of good guns though. I don't have any personal experience with them as far as performance. I think bapple has one, so he'll be able o tell you all about it.

SOLID 9+ I like it. The scalloped slide is a plus for me. I also like the external extractor....Sorry John Moses Browning.
I can't remember the DPI on the front strap. I think it is 20 or 30. It may bite your fingers a bit. It will have better machining/less sharp edges than the SA from what I have read...
If S&W made that SS pistol with the bob-tail and not in the Scandium frame....This Glockerizer would own it.

If you get a Springfield, get one w NM stamped on it. NW Springfields have the final fitting done in the USA. Other Springfields are final fitted in South America.
