I remember watching the replay of Mason digging that pitch out if the dirt over and over again. Then Rhymes' shot was one of the purest and prettiest no-doubters I have seen at The Box in a long time. That thing was gorgeous. He turned on that sucker!

Haha I'm just saying there are so many baseball games that I tend to get them interchanged with one another. Especially since I have been able to go to so many recently.

Out of the park. That was refreshing for a season with very little home runs.

I can't help but think about how much talent we had on that 2008 roster. I guess its no wonder we won it all in 2009 with many of the same guys. Of course we had Matt Clark, the NCAA leader in HRs, in 2008, whereas, we had Mahtook in 2009. I guess somewhat of an even trade.
But dayum... Gibbs, Dean, Clark, Schimpf, LeMahieu, Mitchell, Chad Jones, Ranaudo, Coleman, Landry, etc. Hott damn.
