If its dark when I get home I go on the road, during the day in the back yard. I hate it on the road, way harder.

For the past month ive been getting 5 miles in on the treadmill 3 times per week in ~45 min each go.

I don't workout much anymore, but I'm doing 4-5 miles 4-5 times a week. I think for weight lifters, its WHEN you run just as much as how much you run.

We do speed work every other Monday. Opposite Monday we do bridges.

It has been over 2 years since I've done a run less than 4 miles. However, I remember when I thought running the small LSU lake was an accomplishment.

I've been running but to be honest, have been feeling pretty gay about that whole thing. I've been looking to change up my routine to something a little more masculine. What about jumping jacks?

2 miles a day on treadmill with a 2.0 incline at 5.8 speed then I do 1 mile with a 4.0 incline at a 5.0 speed

Kind of depends on my mood, If I've had a long or stressful day I run for up to 4 miles. I tend to stick around 2 normally though.
