I'm trying to get 2 miles a day on the treadmill at various speeds. Sometimes I do 3. What's the average milage the average O-Ter get a week?
It makes it easier to have a treadmill at the house. Anyone else utilize a personal home gym?

0 running long distances is for pussies and females. Sprints, prowler sprints, or sled drags are the only running I do.
Sorry I don't want to look like a Kenyan.

During regualr training, 18-25
At the moment about 8-10. Cut back on running since LA marathon

I average about 15 miles a week. Nothing serious. Just enough to allow me to drink all the beer I want.

I still get out and pound the pavement around the LSU lakes.

I absolutely hate running but the job requires fitness and specifically being able to run 2 miles in a specified time.
My run week is: Mon- 3 or 4 miles moderate pace, Wed-wind sprints and exercise bike, fri- 2 miles quick pace.

3 almost everyday on treadmill. some days I hit the stationary bike and do only 10-15

Weight sled with a harness and you drag it sprinting.
Looks like we have a bunch of long distance running pusses on the it tonight. Yall should go hang out with buddy. All 135 lbs of him.
