I see your problem. When you're talking about child custody shouldn't be you be more concerned about what is best for your child and not how you can beat your ex in court? Never mind I was thinking both logically and rationally. Has no place in divorce proceedings. Carry on.

No it not, it just starts all the "mud slinging' that happens in ALL divorces. Its how lawyers drag it on in court and make more money.. You see the lawyers know the judges and the judges base their desicions on what the shrinks say. Thats if children are involved.

I have only had 3 beers.. and now on a Whiskey water.. got a big meeting here in Austin in the morning.... but anyway.
1. Before you hire a laywer, interview at least 3 before you pick one. Ask someone for a recommendation.
2. Once you higher a lawyer, Have ALL that means ALL your questions wrote down first before you call him/her. They tipcally charge by the half hour.
