I am 74 years old and am amazed that anyone can possibly think it is somehow glorious to become intoxicated for any reason.
I am perfectly happy to live in the world as it is - feel no need for artificial distortion or any kind of mood altering drug.
In fact, I pity those of you who waste even a portion of your lives in that activity.
It would appear your real life is pretty shitty to want to escape it so often.
And to brag about it seems sort of delusional - in my humble opinion.

I have gone through plenty and done plenty enough to have stories for the grandkids.

I don't smoke pot (or do any drugs, aside from occassional alcohol) anymore FWIW. This is part where you start acting like you're better than other people just because they've done something you obviously have no clue about.

I've never done drugs, I don't really drink other than literally one or two drinks every now and then. I don't drink energy drinks or coffee or anything with caffeine. I've never smoked a cigarette.
And it feels great.
