They could include events where multiple prospects attend a single event instead of recruits having no interaction even if they come on the same week.

As some were mentioned by others, here's my two cents...
Recruiting needs tweaking...it's exhausting by the end of the year.
Neutral site games...much needed on custom scheduling.
Ability to expand/improve your program's facilities...stadium expansion would be sweet.
Coaching staff hiring/firing...this would fit nicely with player development.

I havent bought this game in a few years but have they improved the AI controlled teams' recruiting at all mainly in the sense that it fits their system (i.e. a triple option team would recruit only fast QBs)? I would hate getting into year 4 or 5 and play GT for instance and they have some pocket passing QB trying to run that system.

I still dont know how they released that game last summer with all the problems in it.
How can you not notice that the whole replay system is fricked up before release? Either get it right or just quit, EA sucks dick.

I would like to see a few things
control over not just assistant coaches, but position coaches as well. Don't like the way your OC is performing, fire him. Etc etc
85 man roster - really crazy that this hasn't already happened
ability to assign recruiting to an assistant coach, or even better to have the ability to jump in on the recruiting of a few, but not have to do all. With no ill effects on recruiting.
Ability to improve/renovate or even replace current stadium
Half time shows - okay I wouldn't watch every week, but it would be cool to see a realistic half time show where highlights from other games were shown.
Ability to customize team entrance.
Bring back custom signs in the crowd
Improve the impact that putting players in the NFL draft has on a program.
Recruiting show. I want to see a recruiting show at the beginning of each season where the top kids are highlighted and rated.
Ability to request video for recruits.
Signing day show. I want to see a kid put down the LSU hat and pick up the Hog hat. :)
More varied commentary. Herbie is still repeating the same lines he was 5 years ago.
Gameday - How is this not part of the game?

I understand why it was dropped from this year's version but no excuses in 2014. Get that shite working again.

More unpredictability in the game. I'm tired of winning every single game in Heisman and all game results turning out the same. Give me some unpredictability and more toughness.
I want some more diversity with game play. Not enough craziness

This. Broken plays exist but curls are just stupid. Forced to play one type of coverage to have any chance at stopping it.

Just adjust your sliders. In my online dynasty we just made it harder by adjusting the game speed and the CPU sliders. I still win the majority of my games, but you have to work to win them.
