I know going undefeated and winning the SEC just a year ago is just unwatchable. What a dip shite.
1-9 woke us all up from the dream that was that season. Les failed as a coach in the biggest game of the year and LSU got trucked by Bama. The team deserved a better coach that day. I guess he just had an off day or something. Les' failure to make necessary changes to offense spoiled the season. The defense was amazing and played well enough to beat Alabama in the Dome. Why wont he make the changes that are necessary to have a championship offense to match a championship defense? Jim Mora and Carl Smith all over again.

Not a hater. He is a good coach who happens to be stubborn or incapable of changing. Thus, he doesnt deserve to be viewed as one of the best.

but prefer the Saban process
Gosh, how surprising to have a fan prefer 3 of 4 titles. You are probably one of the few fans in all of college football who would have that kinda preference, huh. Nick kicked you, me, and all LSU fans to the curb in 04 when he decided LSU was no longer where he wanted to be. In comes Les who gives LSU fans the finest period of excellence in LSU football history, but not 3 of 4 yrs of BCSCs...how dare LSU/coaches/players fail you by only giving you 2 BCSCG appearances, a BCSC, 2 SEC titles, 3 west titles, the most wins in BCS football since 05, and national rankings of #1, #2, #3, #5, #8, #12, and #17. Ohhhhhhhhh, how you must have suffered being an LSU football fan the last 8 yrs. I know fans everywhere feel your/LSU fan's pain. Thank you for your effort as a player.

We did. It's not easy to watch a coach cost his team championships. He blew it in 07 but God himself got pissed at how les squanders championships and gave us a miracle to get in and beat ohio st. So at least we can say we got one with les coaching.

Broken record alert... Hire someone good to run the offense. He has not done this since Jimbo left.

You are making serious character allegations. How about backing them and nutting up to what they are.

He blew it in 07
We won the BCS in 07, so he didn't blow anything. It's been my experience that those who use a NC season as an example of some kinda negative are either not LSU fans or they are college/SEC football mentally challenged. Which are you?
quote:
It's not easy to watch
It's a lot more easy to have watched LSU beat OSU in 07 and watch the LSU run to the BCS title game in 2011 than it is to read the simple minded trash supposed LSU fans use to try to discredit their own team's BCS title or discredit a 13-1, 9-0 season. LSU football has played in 2 of the last 6 BCS title games. That a pretty big achievement for any team. It's a shame some have their head shoved so far up their arse that they can't note that simple fact. If you can only be happy with national titles, knock yourself out. How bout you post your W2 so we can all see if that #1 you demand of others also applies to you.

There is no real justification for some of the hate directed towards Coach Les Miles by some LSU fans, frustration yes, hatred definitely not. Miles has owned every team in and out of our conference at one time or another, and that's after playing the toughest schedule of any of them, every fricken year. The Great Saban is either unwilling or unable to walk in Miles shoes, he pats his schedule with some easy marks. Miles takes it like a gladiator, while Saban takes his Little Debbie cakes to SEC officials parked near his office. If you read most of the opinions of other college football fans on other sites, they believe Miles is a great coach and great for college football. But they don't think so highly of some of our negative LSU fans, they think much more of Les, and less of the haters. They don't understand the hate, welcome to my world.
