Everything is legal if you dont get caught. Step one to not getting caught is dont post shite on a message board.

No, so long as said pond is not connected to any state water bottoms.

I have no idea if it's illegal or not, but I don't see why you can't telephone your own pond just to check it out.

if your on private property and don't discharge anything downstream that jacks with neighbor's or public's land/ponds then you have no problem. i've had to do this before.

Everything you ever wanted to know about ponds

They have at least one video on there somewhere of guys shocking the ponds. You just have to look around but it's a great site.

i bought a chemical from the feed and seed store that takes all the O2 out of the water. i started trying to remember the name as soon after my previous post but age is catching up with me
call a feed and seed store and they will know what you need. also, check with shepherd's fish hatchery. he can help you with restocking also. helpful guy.

Why?

The pond is in his own yard not connected to anything...he can do what he wants with it.

I think he wants to stun, not kill. Get two pieces of bare 1/0 wire and place on opposite banks in the water. Attach to welding machine and increase current until they start floating.
