Yep, saw that offer this am and passed when I saw that Walmart had ammo. Both ended up OOS

Just walked out academy in houma. Theyve got a few boxes of 5.56 amer eagle behind cust svc counter.

I saw that thread and when I check it was OOS. When I checked back at 11:30, they had more in stock.
One thing when looking at Cabelas, they have 9mm listed as "9mm", "9 mm" or "9mm NATO". If you don't check all three, you might miss out.
How about this conspiracy theory: Cabelas employee mislabeling it as "9 mm" and then letting his buddies know that it is in stock when everyone else is looking under "9mm".

I just picked up a 1000 round box of Winchester 22lr from walmart. Looking to trade for 9mm, let me know if your interested
