How can you compare it to anything else?
Not so. When last the GOP Congress went on a witch hunt, Janet Reno was held in contempt.
Also, Ford had two Secretaries held in contempt including Kissenger. Carter had two. Reagan had two and two EPA officials.
Clinton had his WH counsel and Div of Adm.
Bush had Harriet Myers and Joshua Bolton.

Why do you think someone's particular position in an administration has bearing on whether an agreement will be arrived at?
What is such a big deal about an AG getting cited as opposed to a Secretary of State, WH Chief of Staff, WH Legal Counsel, Cabinet official, etc.?
