It's being reported that a deal has finally been made to send Holtby to Spurs now.
Now we just need to go sign a striker. Dempsey plays better off of someone else. Adebeyor has sucked this year, and Defoe has gone cold.

The summer deal was finalized a few weeks ago and this appears to be the immediate transfer deal. Spurs official twitter reported it, so he will be joining shortly, probably already in London taking a physical.

I really want to like Holtby. I have a Spurs jersey without a name and number because I'm not ready to commit. Dempsey is the obvious choice, but I don't want to be a typical American. Bale would be nice, but I don't want him to abandon us for Real Madrid right after I get his name on my shirt.
