More and more of these food trucks are popping up and getting great reviews.

I've always enjoyed their stuff. Best was a braised pork with mustard waffle sammich special. They change it up with some new special almost every time I see the truck.

It is excellent. The pizza waffle, the buffalo, the roscoe, the king cake, and the whoa boy are all outstanding.

I got the chicken one, with a honey hot sauce during Festival International. Can't remember the exact name, but it was gooooood.

I've been to 3 roundups. Got something different each time. Just depends on what you're feelings.
I'm pretty sure I'm going to check out LA strEAT this weekend. They have a grilled cheese stuffed with boudin that I've been hearing about everywhere. Gotta check that thing out.
