That looks like an older M26 Taser. He definitely didn't have another shot unless he reloaded, but he could have used it in drive stun mode. The newer X2 and X3 have immediate backup shots, but not the older X26 (what most cops have) or M26.
That guy did show a lot of restraint considering the women were all up in his face.

The newest tazer I have seen that BRPD is getting issued is huge. I asked one officer and he explained that he can shoot one person with it and the it has a second shot ready. Then even with both shots in suspects he still can drive stun one of them. It also can keep cycling through each of the suspects multiple times if needed. Looks like an awesome tool for work
