Like I said earlier, every player on tour would take 9 iron out of the rough as opposed to 5 iron from the middle of the fairway.
There is, however, a difference between missing the fairway by 5-10 yards and hitting it off the planet. Guys just don't want a big miss in their swing

I tend to agree with the guys on PGA Tour Radio that its extremely hard to keep your focus when you have such a slow playing pace and no one near you to keep you on your toes. It was grueling for everyone to watch at that pace so just imagine how grueling it was to play at that pace. You and I pretty much know that 9/10 Tiger will keep the lead if he is at the top going into the final round. Besides, what does it matter if he wins by 6 strokes or 1? A win is a win and you cant expect the guy to play like Tiger did in his 20's because thats not who he is anymore. He's still better than the majority of the field though.

Great. Golf is better with Tiger chasing Jack. Him NEVER being able to get it back together would be a shame on the scale of Pacqiaou not fighting Mayweather. Just worse.
But he is just like a "mortal" golfer now. He has proven he can put it together for a tournament, now he has to put it together for a major again.
