Ever heard of speed work? Universities all over the land are moving at an alarming rate to Strength & Conditioning programs based on high-intensity explosive lifts/exercises.
They've been doing them for decades champ. Except high intensity explosive exercises arent done for absurd numbers of reps.

ah yes, but again, sicne you are bastardizing the form ,we cant calculate the appriate FORCE applied to the muscle. Doing something 30 times doesnt give you power champ.

I warm-up at 250 and run about 8:15 over distance training for my 10k currently. I also will have use of my shoulders in a year.
