I would just do a simple section with a header for that specific poster for a few of us with like 20 open spots (maybe 40 for NOLA  ) with a column for the Team, the bet type (FG=Full Game;1h=First Half;2Q=Second Quarter etc) the line we got it at, and how many units we suggest playing it for. then maybe a column where W = + units you wagered and L = units wagered * -1.1.
This way we could easily see the +/- on the night, maybe even a formula at the bottom with all combined plays +/- for the night.
Just my suggestions.

To enter you bets, please go here (LINK ).
The inputs are pretty self-explanatory. Enter your full user name, or enter the full twitter name of the capper. Using the full names will allow us to filter by user names and twitter cappers. User name abbreviations will make it harder to filter.
Team abbreviations, should be the standard used. CHI for Chicago, ATL for Atlanta, etc.
Any other questions let me know. Trying to keep it uniform so it makes it easier to filter like I said.
To view the responses, you can go here (LINK ). Note, you can only view. I am only one allowed to edit. I will filter by date each day to show the current day bets. I will create a summary page that will hopefully have a breakdown by day, bettor, sport, etc.
