so the kids were probably misbehaving or stealing...this guy (security?) yells at them...mom, instead of scolding them, attacks the guy.
Yes, the kids are screwed and we as a country/society are in turn screwed.

That is all fine and good, but those kids don't stand a chance. To me, that is sad. They are going to grow up to be as bad or worse than the mothers and there isn't much of chance for them to avoid it unless they get placed in a new environment.
