Texas Roadhouse isn't bad and every single location I've been to across the country has hot waitresses. Longhorn isn't bad either. I have never ate at Joes.

Shut your mouth. Unless it has changed in the 10 years since I last visited one, the onion soup was solid.

Agree with Bonefish and Carrabba's.

Red Lobster, Outback, and Texas Roadhouse are among the worst.

I mean I wouldn't call their food incredible, but to say it's the worst national dining chain?

best:
Bonefish
PF Chang's
Carrabas
BJ's
Chilis

Worst:
Applebees
Olive Garden-Baton Rouge has a pretty strong Italian scene, and it's shameful how packed that OG on Essen stays. Unbelievable.
Never been to Red Lobster, but I can't imagine how bad it is.
Ruby Tuesday's
