My wife picked some up at world market. What would y'all do?

Eat it blackened, med. rare, on a wheat bun, with remoulade, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and a Miller lite.

I usually season it well, marinade in a soy/ teriyaki sauce for an hour or so, then sear on a hot open flame for a couple of minutes each side. I don't eat it, just the wife does. She requests it once every other month or so when I pick up a steak to cook. She says it is real good this way, but I can't vouch for it.

I like to season it with salt and fresh pepper, both sides. Then heat some olive oil in your best skillet, med high, and sear both sides...couple of minutes per side....pop in the oven for a few minutes until done. Hit it with a squeeze of citrus to serve.

In a skillet with olive oil & butter, with halved grape tomatoes, fresh dill and lemon juice. I use Tony's but I know a lot of people prefer something else. Make sure the skin gets crispy, but don't overcook! Lemony crispy skin is yum.

Only way I can enjoy salmon is if it's smoked and put on a bagel with some cream cheese, capers, tomato and red onion.

For convenience I usually set to medium heat and grill on a pan skin side down. Once white "fat" (I guess it's fat) starts oozing I flip. Leave it for 2 min or so and serve. That's the quickest and easiest without giving up taste.

If the white fat cooks out then you know its overcooked...

I highly recommend slow roasting at about 250. Here's a thread we had a while back. I think there was another one recently. I haven't found it yet, though. LINK

Real simple. Hot grill, coat them in olive oil, salt and pepper. Skin side down first, once you flip them lay a sheet of foil on top (help keep them moist). Medium rare should be the target. One of the few good things about living out west - fresh salmon in the summer.

Plenty of teriyaki, about a tablespoon of dales, few splashes of liquid smoke. Prep your grill to about 300. Place in fish basket. Pour marinade over fish. sprinkle sugar over fish.Cook a couple of minutes and flip twice or until there is a little char Make sure you don't get frozen or with skin
