Yes that's a ring neck, the white stripe on bill gives it away, scaup don't have that

It was bad arse too. My buddy and I shot almost at the exact time. Both geese heads rolled back to their tails and they splashed down dead as a hammer!!
Thanks Chad, just wasn't positive. Google images had picks of both in ring necks and scaup.

Yup, I have 3 spots located we are going to scout real good. Most of the hunts I went on this year were real good just didnt get to go near enough.

I have hunted a lot of new spots this year. I will do some post season scouting on some areas I found and did not get to this year. Hope to get a go-devil or surface drive, that will open up a lot for me too.

Ended my season Friday. Was going for that last push thru the weekend, but started feeling like shite due to to much drinky.  That and way to dam HOT!
Will be heading out this morning for a rabbit hunt/beer drinking.

Dss and i finished the season with a limit. Pintail and the rest 1 pointers. Got a speck to top it off

Nice full plume BW. We never see them late where I hunt. I want a few for the wall!

Nice mess of birds JJJ. I ended the season about how it started, knocked down one teal in the buck brush and it disappeared. After yesterday, it was kinda anti-climatic, should have quit while I was ahead.
Looking foward to next year already!

Prettiest blue wing ive ever seen taken. Took some mature birds yesterday. Didnt even try today. No point in ruining a good thing.
Did find this on my deer camera this morning thiugh. The one i couldnt get a shot on
