And I'd say most people that think RFID chips are coming don't equate it with Obamacare. They just think its coming sometime down the road from the establishment... doesn't really matter who is in office.

Considering that 3 states have passed laws BANNING the forced implantation, I think it's ok to forgive people when they are misinformed that Obamacare forces implantation.
The states are banning it because, someday, someone apparently may want to do it.
