I doubt it. Dude has high priced lawyers. He never would have admitted to all of it.

Frick Lance. And frick the people and lawyers filing a law suit over a lie in a book. They're all pathetic pieces of shite.

True, but the fact that he inspired so many people with his personal story before shattering their hopes with this is, to me, far worse than the using of drugs to win titles.

I want my dollar back from the live strong bracelet I bought in 2002 and $100 a day for the pain and suffering I endured by walking around foolishly sporting that thing.... Okay, I never had a live strong bracelet. But still.

1. Anyone who read the book Lance to Landis knew about this shite a long time ago. Book was published in 2007. 2. Livestrong was his act of contrition, so was his testicle. People did lose their jobs and lives were ruined, not denying that, but how many people's lives were positively affected by Livestrong? Hate to sound cold but if a few people's lives are negatively affected so cancer research can be advanced, that's a necessary evil imo, sorry if you don't agree.that's also why they test shite on animals and human subjects. 3. No shite lance is an a-hole, but if you're going to sue for false advertising on a book then are you going to sue Axe body spray when you don't have ladies groping you after using Axe? Close your eyes and point at a Fortune 500 company and I'll show you a company that uses deceptive advertising. Frivolous lawsuits do nothing but make those people look like bigger a-holes than Lance.

Here's some facts about Livestrong, the Lance Armstrong Foundation LINK You can look at their tax returns on that link. Here's their last 990 that's available LINK The balance sheet is most intersting. $46.8M in revenue, however they only paid out $5.1M in grants and cancer research related activities. They did however have a payroll of over $7 Million and millions upon millions of generic fees and expenses such as $1.5M for travel, $1.9M office expense, $4M of other, $1.8M of IT, $3.2M for advertising, another $2.5 for public awareness (more advertising). Here's another thing to realize, Livestrong has raised over $500M in cash donations, yet at the beginning of year they only had $25M in cash and $42M in investment assets and a total of almost $100M in assets, yet only donate $5M a year to cancer research. So 5% of their kitty only goes to their intended purpose of cancer research. They're in the business of being in business as a non-profit pulling in tons of donations and using personal tragedy and normal human dumb cuntness as a revenue driver.

I think that girl was in her mid 20s when he bowled over her. And she was telling the truth. Lance is a major league douche.
