Because I don't know, penis wrinkle. You put your name and info and pick your college. You must use an official school email to sign up. Then it appears to be almost like a mix between twitter and Instagram but only of the people at your school. So my feed is just people at LSU

Actually. What I said might not be how it works. But that's what it appears to be. You can filter by location and apparently follow people like on twitter and what not. But I don't really get it. That's why I was hoping one of you Einsteins could help me learn.
