Vidalia onion trade?

When they are in season (late March, early April) I would like to trade a bag for some good Louisiana boudin and andoullie. 10-15lb bag for 10lbs sausage.

I will ship the onions via UPS next day or second day air. The shipping costs each way should be about the same, $20-30.

Anybody game?

Unfortunately this. Would need to go 5 lbs sausage to 15 lbs onions. But grocery stores probably have you beat

The boudin has to be put in a cooler with dry ice. I normally have to pay $50 to have 20lbs of boudin shipped.
