This is a valid point. If 6 rounds of 38 special are not good enough for a cop to defend himself, then how is 7 rounds good enough for a civilian with no guaranteed formal training? Is NY going to pay for effective defensive pistol training for its constituency?

The government relies heavily on the gun nuts to train government agencies in effective use of firearms. Applause not needed, those checks cash just fine without it.

He is preaching to the "low informed" type of people there that cant read or are too lazy to find out information for themselves. This is the same folks that voted for obama. They are sheep or followers. They cant think on their own....
Sickens me to see this happening. That being said, Cuomo should be ashamed of himself for saying this. He is nitwit and ranks right up there with Piers Morgan.

Cuomo is an ignorant man. I heard his victory speech after the passing of the unconstitutional law in New York and it was clear that Cuomo is quite insane. He is to be taken no more seriously than an every day clown.
