I can sorta agree with this.

Rifled barrel > unrifled barrel.

Technology difference.

In America, the owner ship of automatic rifles and firearms is HIGHLY regulated..and probably "far too dangerous to reside in the hands of the public."

The reasonable restriction is we can own the semi-automatic version of the rile...similar to the unrifled barrels.
