CDC announced that 29 children have died from the flu. It is high time that our Government ban the flu from existing. I demand legislation know so that children do t have to suffer this any longer. Please help me in my effort to make the Flu illegal.

So is your commentary. Quit bitching about it being old before you become old. Or you could make a meaningful comment on a message board as I think the original intent of message boards was set up for.

It's a win/win...people will avoid public areas which will decrease rates of illness and deaths, and the inconsiderate are punished.
Why would you oppose this? It's just giving a cop a thermometer and a Q-tip.

Virtually anything that wasn't an attempt to equate "banning the flu" with banning something that actually can be banned (whether or not it's a good idea). Do I really need to list the reasons that it just isn't a good analogy or make any sense?

Better off..and easier...to ban cigarettes. Those little death sticks kill or damage more kids than any freakin gun.
If every child counts..and we can do anything to help just one child, ban cigarettes would be it.
Damn the job loss and BILLIONS in taxes.
If only this President had the balls to really back up his statements.

The govt should appropriate a Trillion dollars to research a cure for the flu. I know it's a lot of money but if it saves the life of one child we have a moral obligation to try.
