Most of the info on websites about foreclosures is junk.
You can find foreclosed houses from the Gov here

Found the one I bought on realtor.com didn't know it was a foreclosure until i was negotiating the contract.

IMHO, most on the web are about u paying them money, never had luck at parish repo sales (banks usually claim them and list them), and the only luck I've had is with Realtors that specialize in them. If Stacy does BPO's for a realtor that is a bingo bango.

I do occupency inspections (mostly bankruptcies and foreclosures) in 7 parishes. Im sent out every month to inspect the foreclosures and make sure there are no damages and they are secure.
