Arab guy pretended to be Jewish-Rape
Indian guy promises marriage, then backs out after sex-Rape
Nigerian with visa guy promises to marry and move woman to US if she sleeps with him- rape
California Guy sees roommate leave, then enters bedroom where roommate's GF is and pretends to be her BF, has sex = not rape
Massachusetts man impersonated Brother coming home from work early(3am) and sleeps with brother's wife- tried not guilty
England, undercover police officers cleared to have sex to gain access to activist groups-not rape
thoughts?

If the false pretext would normally vitiate consent, then maybe not rape....but most likely battery.
There are quite a few LA cases on this.
