They are bone in, skin on. I'm definitely skinning them, but I'm debating about whether I should bone them or not.

Franks got sauce, butter, little bit of white vinegar, couple dashes of lea and Perrins, garlic powder and a little brown sugar. Now I'm frying wings this weekend!

I like Crystal. I think its from Metairie? Simmer a cup with some cayenne, garlic/onion powder. While still hot temper in an emulsion of oil, egg yoke and a corn starch slurry.

Just found this copycat recipe for the BWW sauce. I'm tempted to try it. 2 cups mango nectar habanero sauce (recommend El Yucatan, amount to taste) 1 tablespoon corn syrup 1/4 cup pepper sauce (Frank's) 1/3 cup butter (melted) 1. Put the mango nectar in a large pan and add the amount of habanero sauce you want. mix it up. should be a nice bright orange. put it on medium heat and let it simmer, stir intermittently and reduce to about 1/4 cup volume. Add corn syrup, cayenne sauce and melted butter. Mix. 2. Cook the chicken however you want. 3. Toss the wings/chicken in your sauce.

I like to make my own with Frank's Red Hot, sriracha, lemon juice, and butter. If I'm feeling lazy, Moore's.
