Only surprise is Smith. And it's not really a surprise. He coached at Chicago forever and recently won 10 games. Maybe he just didn't want to coach this year.
Crennel is becoming the new Art Shell.

The league is going the way of the offensive HC. I could be wrong, but I can't think of one minority candidate who specializes on that side of the ball.

Let teams hire who they want. Forcing them to interview minorities is ridiculous in itself. If they want a white guy them they're just wasting a minorities time just to satisfy a stupid rule

I'm black and I don't want Romeo or Lovie anywhere near the Kansas City Chiefs. Romeo plain out sucks, he'll never get another HC job in the NFL. Had 2 chances and SUCKED at it!
Him and Lovie can be DC's and still get paid.

True, the KC Chiefs shouldn't have to interview a "minority". Hell we've had 2 black HC's in the past 10yrs. The organization is not racist.
