Man, don't ruin it for me. I'm going to Breckenridge for the first time in March. How does it rate to South Tahoe(Heavenly)?

Breck is better than Heavenly in just about every way unless you are a gambler. For pure snow conditions, my vote is with the Utah resorts near SLC.

Heavenly is one of my favorite mountains to ski, so I think it is much better than Breck but Breck is still a good mountain. I dont think they have gotten too much snow this year? ETA: Heavenly is one of my favorite mountains bc I can also gamble there

with family/kids or with couples? Keystone is a good mix. Breck has good nightlife after skiing

This Back Bowls at Vail I also enjoy skiing at Keystone and Copper Beaver Creek - overrated IMO

For pure skiing Breckenridge is far from the tops. However, their setup is tough to be beat for people who either haven't skied much or aren't hardcore skiers. That 4 O'clock run is tough to beat as far as convenience and the downtown strip is pretty legit. If you're looking for intense skiing you go to Utah or Montana.
