May be complete coincidence, but if I were a junior considering it I'd be pissed.
Then again, this still impacts the upcoming signing day for recruiting...so it's hard to imagine that this was done on purpose.

This. FWIW, he will not succeed in the NFL. Spurrier and Saban all over again. Dumb, dumb move by Philly but I love every minute of it because I hate Philly.

kelly has a different style. doesn't seem to be as much of a controller as spurrier and saban. He might fit comfortably in the NFL. he'd better get a helluva DC though.

Kelly inherited a defense almost as porous as the New Orleans Saints, without a change in personnel (the linebackers and secondary)Jesus himself would fail as the Eagles DC in 2013.
