Whether or not Jones can turn this program around is still an unknown, but he needs a signature win his first season. Losing to two teams that the fans expected to beat early in the season doesn't help build fan confidence.
The guy was left with so little to start with, but in today's game that doesn't matter. He pretty much started with a 4 year contract that gets shorter if he doesn't do anything with it.

He played a lot in the 2nd half. Came out at about the 12 minute mark... came back in at 8. Left when JOB3 came in with 4 to go and played one other sequence of defense offense after that. I think he left when were up 4 with a couple to go and was never heard from again.

That is what I saw. JOB III sucks. I couldn't understand why during the offseason people spoke so highly of him. Well this year I have seen enough to know he isn't pro material not even close.

Went to the FLA game Saturday and they have big problems shooting, and I mean wide arse open 12 footers......defending and turnovers. Oh and defensive rebounding.
Pretty much all of the necessary components of winning basketball.

Seriously never seen a guy play so out of control. He must have been ranked so high out of high school because he just overpowered a bunch of gangly kids or something being 6'9 260 in high school.

That's OK. You wouldn't know it by listening to the radio because they never pass it to him on offense. Would much rather hoist up 3's all night. It is pretty clear that they didn't anticipate ADP or anyone else being an option inside this season.

I can see the players want to play better. I expect a solid win over Georgia 74-65. Let's hold on the fire CJJ until the season is over. We have to remember this is not his team he is coaching TJ's team. We should've called a timeout but what happened has happened. I like the hire and it took a while for him to piece together a respectable north Texas program. He just needs to get the right players. We are small and JOB is overrated. Let the season play out and we MIGHT have a unexpected turnaround. Always be positive!

First off...god damnit frick arse shite at this loss
Job can take over in spurts but I think plays too hard sometimes. Too many dumb fouls with energy.its like he gets n foil trouble goes to bench, then tries to make up his time off court all within 30 sec of being back on court
Corbin was horrendous tonight
How many fricking shots can rim around and.not go in
Hickey passing to job late was bad decision when Stringer was open in corner.
Sitting on 4 timeouts and games out of reach prob means could have used a well placed one here or there
This loss sucks

yep his awareness cost us 2 turnovers, and then he just tripped over the floor. I think we did much better with Stringer at point when Hickey is out.
Exciting game overall, but we should have drove in instead of JOB taking a three at the last second

Said myself earlier Stringer should run the point behind Hickey. Instead of Collins seeing the floor play Hammink. At least he plays defense and is long. Where the hell has he been anyways?

I agree. JOB just doesnt have basketball smarts. Even worst, he strikes me that he thinks he is much better than he is.
This team lacks alot. Sadly they just arent good enough unless they are knocking down most of their 3 pointers.
I dont blame job as much as hickey for the last shot. Poor decision by our best player.
