they always leave out the part where Brees says it is their responsibility to help former players who are poor because of medical bills and injuries, not due to being dumbasses.

i read it phil monkey, then I saw the picture and I remembered him. He played a "decent" role in the giant's superbowl and that was about it. hopped onto different teams every other year. best season was like 400 yards receiving and that was it.

Probably just part of Goodell to soften the blow of the NFL coming to New Orleans, more negative press to make us think poorly of the players and organization. However little does he realize he failed epically in the Bountygate, ESPN failed even more epically with wire tapping issue. Now bad mouthing a guy who has done so much for this state and region. It really is a damn shame. Great team, owner and organization. Bree's should and will continue to kill them with class.
